The North Platte Telegraph The Nebraska, South Dakota and southwest Iowa chapter of the Better Business Bureau processed more than 32,000 consumer complaints in 2009. To remind businesses and consumers of common schemes to watch out for, the BBB has released a list of the top 10 scams and rip-offs of 2009.
