Medicare fraud in Miami-Dade County is no secret but a new report reveals just how severe the problem really is. According to the report released Monday, Miami-Dade County received about half a billion dollars from Medicare in home health care payments intended for the sickest patients in 2008, which is more than the rest of the country combined.
